Terms of Service

1. About us

The Service is provided by ZoltOps Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at 102/239, 2nd Floor, Muhil Vannam Pillai Street, Rajapalayam, Tamil Nadu - 626117, India ("we", "us"). Contact: support@amcpal.app.

2. The Service

AmcPal helps AC, MEP and facility-maintenance businesses in the UAE manage customers, sites, AMC contracts, service jobs, technicians, quotations and invoices. AmcPal is a business tool and is not for personal or household use. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and team members

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Business owners can invite team members, such as technicians. The owner is responsible for who they invite, the roles they assign and removing access when someone leaves.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Your data and your responsibilities

• You own the business data you put into AmcPal ("Your Data"). You give us permission to host, process and display Your Data only as needed to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
• You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your customers' information, and for complying with laws that apply to your business.
• Documents such as quotations and invoices are generated from information you provide. You are responsible for checking that they are accurate and for meeting your own legal and tax requirements, including any UAE VAT requirements.

5. Plans, subscriptions and payment

• AmcPal offers a free Starter plan and paid plans. Plan features, limits and prices are shown in the app and on our website. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) unless shown otherwise.
• Paid plans and add-ons, such as extra technician seats, are bought as subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account, and the store's terms apply to the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
• We may change prices or plans. Changes to an existing subscription will follow the store's rules and will apply from your next billing period after notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• upload content that you have no right to share, or that is offensive or infringes others' rights;
• try to access other users' data, break or bypass security, or disrupt the Service;
• copy, resell, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from the Service, except where the law allows.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the app, website, design, logos and software, belongs to ZoltOps Technologies LLP or its licensors. While you follow these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business. Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

8. Availability and third-party services

We work to keep AmcPal available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service relies on third-party providers, such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple and Google, and we are not responsible for their outages or actions. Please keep your own copies of important records.

9. Disclaimers

As far as the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using AmcPal and delete your account at any time from the app's Settings, or by emailing support@amcpal.app. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if we must do so by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice first. When the last owner of a business deletes their account in the app, the business is scheduled for deletion. Other team members lose access straight away. 30 days later, the business and its data, including customers, jobs, AMCs, quotes, invoices, payments, attachments and logos, are permanently erased. Within those 30 days you can cancel the deletion by emailing support@amcpal.app. After that, Your Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Tamil Nadu that have jurisdiction over Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar district, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about these Terms or the Service.
