Common questions
When can I download AmcPal?
AmcPal is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play, launching on iPhone and Android at the same time. Email us and we'll let you know the day it launches.
How do I add my technicians?
Business owners can invite technicians from inside the app. Each technician signs in on their own phone and sees only the jobs assigned to them. Your plan sets how many technicians you can add. Extra technician seats are available as an add-on on Small Crew and Team plans.
Does AmcPal work in Arabic?
Yes. AmcPal supports English and Arabic.
How do I upgrade, change or cancel my plan?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. To change or cancel a plan, open your Apple ID subscriptions (iPhone) or Google Play › Payments & subscriptions (Android). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Because payments are handled by Apple or Google, refunds are requested through them under their refund policies.
Deleting your account
In the app:
- Open AmcPal and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose the option to delete your account and confirm.
By email: send a deletion request to support@amcpal.app from the email address on your AmcPal account. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything.
Please note: if you are the last owner of a business, deleting your account in the app means the business is scheduled for deletion. Other team members lose access straight away. 30 days later, the business and its data, including customers, jobs, AMCs, quotes, invoices, payments, attachments and logos, are permanently erased. Within those 30 days you can cancel the deletion by emailing support@amcpal.app. Records we must keep by law may be kept for longer. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel it in your store settings too. See our Privacy Policy for details.
